Everyone tries to do the best job that they can. Everyone from greeter, optometrist, cashier's, customer service, food server's, ect. They all work to pay bills, provide for families and I know each of them has a purpose and passion for the good they are providing our community. Thank you Sam's for all you do. I feel sorry for you Mike for an unpleasant experience, and I know if you gave them a call and provided your own kindness and understanding they would help you. I am also curious if your membership was in fact up. They usually send out notification a few months in advance and that could also be the reason for the charge. I wish you the best as it gets figured out.
They have always been good to me. I can't think of an issue they haven't handled professionally.
Well I have had great experiences with customer service, I'm sure a phone call would clear it all up.
