Worst customer service ever. Asked if they do automatic renewals of memberships..was told no, if we did not pay for a renewal or request it, nothing would happen WRONG- the charge showed up on the credit card bill this month!

Everyone tries to do the best job that they can. Everyone from greeter, optometrist, cashier's, customer service, food server's, ect. They all work to pay bills, provide for families and I know each of them has a purpose and passion for the good they are providing our community. Thank you Sam's for all you do. I feel sorry for you Mike for an unpleasant experience, and I know if you gave them a call and provided your own kindness and understanding they would help you. I am also curious if your membership was in fact up. They usually send out notification a few months in advance and that could also be the reason for the charge. I wish you the best as it gets figured out.

They have always been good to me. I can't think of an issue they haven't handled professionally.
