Sgt York house & gristmill, & park are on a paved highway. You walk a path to get to the bunker...it's level & not too long. I think a wheelchair could be pushed there, too. The house is 2 story, no elevator.
You can drive right to the graveside or walk to it from the homesite, a short distance, both are on state maintained roads.
You do have to walk down a path to get to the grave site itself, but the house is right on the side of a state road as stated above.

It is a park along a state road. Many of the sights are free to view, but the tour of the home itself has a nominal fee. As far as I know everything you wish to do in the outdoors is free.
