I work at Williamsburg hyvee. I see the younger do this and I try to teach them. I had a lady come in all up set and i talked to her as I just had spoken to my sacker who was never trained he was from Italian in food court. He laid a box of beer on her bag with bread in it. I had him get a new one.
Each receipt has a thing at the bottom for a survey you can fill out. That's where you want to leave feedback like this. There's also a phone number on the receipt for the specific HyVee location you shopped at. One could use that to contact the store and ask to speak with a manager directly.
