Gained access to new home on Thursday. Moved in Saturday. Internet already didn’t work. Terrible customer service. 0/10

Your repairman arrived early and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was polite and clean cut. Nice work !!!

Mike and Daryl were top notch in restoring my landline service on 9/29/22. They were honest about the problem and worked hard for 2 hours to fix this outage. I had been without service for 10 days due to a cable cut by construction workers in my town. Multiple contacts by me with Windstream customer service reps were NOT satisfactory in trying to find out what happened and how it was to be resolved. In one case, I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor -- only then to be told they were "in a meeting" and I would get a return call. No one ever called back. I've been a Windstream customer for 37 years and this has been the poorest customer service I've ever had with any business or utility company. Mike and Daryl (the onsite service technicians) were the only positive aspects of this experience and I am grateful for their knowledge and help.

Not happy with the service, we pay over a hundred dollars a month and the net is constantly lagging . This time it was listed as good for one person with a computer and smart TV. I ran for different speed test from 4 different services including there's and it all came back the same and I have been paying for months thinking it most be us because we have smart tvs and cell phones in use. I'm not happy with how they conduct service and the price they charge for dicey enter net

No one. They are in the business of taking money. They are trained to lie to customers. Not help customers
Typically yellow lights or flashing yellow lights indicate that function is attempting to connect or remedy it's self. If the light status stays yellow, that indicates an issue with that function. If you can't fix it by rebooting the device, call customer service or tech support.
I agree totally
I just got internet and it is worth the cost.
Don't give them any money. Ignore all bills from them. And get Spectrum or Allo. They are SLIGHTLY better.
you need the decree to show the trustee of the pension and the property division

Call Allo or spectrum. Never give Windstream money. They lie about the services you are paying for and the amount it will be.
It depends where you are locate. in old neighbor is slower then in new neighborhoods
I believe you used to contact windstream but i think i heard they dont bundle with dish anymore that they switched to direct tv
You can return to the retail store at 1440 M St.
