I work at Williamsburg hyvee. I see the younger do this and I try to teach them. I had a lady come in all up set and i talked to her as I just had spoken to my sacker who was never trained he was from Italian in food court. He laid a box of beer on her bag with bread in it. I had him get a new one.

Direction are in Very tiny print at bottom of ingredients..350 degrees/ 20 minutes on bake in oven. A word to the wise..do NOT grill them ! All those grilles fall apart and ooze out the cheese.. I put mine in a pie plate but a cookie sheet with spray would do fine.
