I recently visited your new tempe store for the second time . in the two times that I've been there I haven't been able to get anyone to wait on me. I realize it's a new store but I never had a service problem before.This is something you need to fix

Arthur, Guitar Center, in my experience, rates lower than even Wal-Mart in terms of customer service, courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend searching out ANY OTHER business for your music equipment needs. This company is to be avoided at all costs...they do not care about honoring their policies, serving their customers or rectifying problems - even problems that are SOLELY their fault; they care only about getting your money into their pocket.
