Elena took the time to make sure we had all of our options and was very patient during the process.

Easy to work with! Responded quickly whenever I emailed with questions. They even took care of talking to the creditors! I will definitely refer people to NDR! Thank you for helping me breath again!

Sebastian was very helpful and explained every detail very clearly. The whole process was executed in a timely manner, as well.

Listen when I tell you.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM!!!!! Especially if you live in NYC. National Debt charges a whopping 20 percent to settlement one credit card. All they do is have the same conversation you can have with your creditors. Then turn around and put you in more debt with them. National Debt Relief charged me thousands of dollars to settle ONE CARD!! It's not worth it.... trust me.

You sue them. That’s called breaking an agreement in good faith. Present it to a court with a pressing claim and get your entire debt erased. Usually when you’re in the litigation process they will reach out to you to knock your debt off if you settle and pull the case.
Yes!!! I have been using them for over a year now, they have so far helped with 6 of the 7 creditors and my credit score has jumped 100 points! Don't delay. Its worth it!!
Yes
I would suggest giving them a call and ask them why. They have always been very helpful when I have called
You could... it depends on how its settled and if you itemize etc. Check with CPA in your area. We did not have to pay taxes on our resolved debt. Personally, even if I had to, it would be so worth it!!!
I would call NDR and tell them situation. Did caller state they were with NDR?
I would contact NDR
Yes
You need credit karma they can show you
My debt was caused by dumb mistakes I made because I fell for the pretty lights...maybe you need to talk to someone that works in that kind of field like NDR because they took a load off my mind.
Depending on your personal situation, you may see your creditworthiness decline during the initial part of the debt relief process. It should begin to rise as your debts are paid off. Of course this can vary by each particular Client, because there are a lot of factors involved that vary by consumer, and applied over time by the various credit rating agencies. So it is impossible for us to predict or guarantee anything relating to credit score or credit improvement. Our business and is focus is helping our clients achieve relief from debt and get back to the real you. Building credit and positive financial habits is something that we urge our clients to think about after they pay off their overwhelming debt loads. Many of our clients graduate within 24-48 months on the track to better financial health. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at 800-300-9550. We are here to support you.
You would have to ask them. I really don't know !
Never new they had a fax number
Hey Rosa, are you still in debt with national debt relief?
I'm not a lawyer but certainly can play one on Google. The answer is it depends, and it also depends on your State laws. Debts occurred during marriage (and assests) you usually get to share. [Student Loans might be an exception]. Before papers signed and stamped things can be stickier. She buys school supplies for the kids can become yours too (again depending on the State), her trip to Cancun on Mr Visa will probably not (again depending on State). I am not the best person to ask as I can't afford a divorce. But since we're on NDR site 3 years or less and your debt paid off for fraction of cost if you tried other methods, and peace of mind. If you are able, suck it up, pay it off, and hopefully you had good memories from some of that debt. Perhaps she would agree to be part of the pay-off if the payments are low?
You know I'm really not sure but I would call them and get the right answer. They will answer what ever you need to know.
Our fees range from 15% to 25% depending on various factors including the debt amount, and most clients in the program save between 30% and 50% off their original debt, even with our fees included. When a client signs up with us, they enroll in the program and tell us which debts they need help resolving. We only work with unsecured debts. In other words, any debt that isn't tied to a physical piece of collateral like a house or a car. We assess their debts and include only the eligible accounts. We then estimate a monthly payment called a draft. This draft goes into a savings account held at a third-party institution. The money is accumulated while we negotiate with your creditors. Once we have an agreement, we use the money you have been saving up to pay the creditor back. In a very general sense closing or canceling a credit card account may likely affect your score. We don't know the extent because we aren't credit experts, but your score will likely be impacted.
I have both CC and unsecured loans enrolled with NDR. As Luis mentioned, they will analyze each of your outstanding debts to let you know which ones they can help with. I had/have three loans that qualified.
when i started with ndr i had a payment due that week i paid it then stopped after that month. my accounts were all in good standing i dont think it is a requirement
No bankruptcy... excellent program. Credit remain good as long as you made the montl y payments... They cut your debt like half of it... highly recommend
You don't need an office. Just call them and they handle everything for you by phone and email. Just call, they will change your finances... with a little work on your end, you can be almost debt free!
