A small neighborhood gem with a lot of charm and two "tuxedo" cats. (Mr. Boo Boo likes attention, the other one is shy.) This is a curated collection which features many recent releases as well as classics, a good children's book section and other standard categories. They carry travel books, ETS test prep books as well as a section of books with plots set in New York. They also have a nice greeting card section with unusual and unique finds, including a collection of blank cards with watercolors of dress designs by famous Hollywood costume designers (Edith Head etc.) for leading ladies of the 1950s: Audrey Hepburn (Sabrina), Elizabeth Taylor (A Place in the Sun), Grace Kelly (High Society), Olivia de Havilland (The Heiress) and others. If they don't have what you want they offer to order it for you. I wish they carried more crossword puzzle books. There was only one when I was there. (Maybe it was just the timing.) It's well worth a visit.
