after being on the phone on hold for 2 hrs I would say that good help is hard to find. You should either pay your people what their worth or have a dedicated scheduler with multiple phone lines .I am not a current customer but thought I might like to be but if theses any indication of your business I' be taking mine els ware. Hi April thanks for your question. We do treat gum disease, and cost would be dependent on your income and what procedures you need. Grafts, if needed are typically done by a specialist, and there are several we can refer you to in you're interested. Theyre on a sliding scale... So its Income based. Not 100% sure on this but around $50
They will accept your Exemption, however they will segregate you outside against your beliefs. It would cost you a lot of money to take it to court to sue them for segregating you. So yes they accept an exemption, but will still violate your civil rights by segregating you against your wishes
