The price depends on the amount of the veterans income. The wait time depends on how quickly the vets are passing away unfortunately. My father was told 3 months, but only was 5 weeks. A lot of vets have passed😕 now is a good time for putting in an application
No you don't. But your spouse had to be a veteran. One of you have to be a vet and you can both live there.
