I've been told my husband will have a review today, but he was not informed. I was not given a way to attend on webx no one has returned any of my emails. He's already been confirmed guilty of parole violation. But today is supposed to determine since no new charges accrued if he will be reinstated on parole. He's been in jail since Sept 30th. We have been told to contact his parole officer, but they told him he's no longer on parole they have nothing to do with his case. But Idaho department of pardon and parole said he's technically still on parole. Just constant run around no answers. They violate parolees for the same behavior. I just want to attend his hearing but not getting any response from anyone. Frustrating!

You need to contact the section supervisor at the district where the person is supervised. Parole Officers work for the Department of Correction, so we (Parole Commission) are not involved in that process.
It is a parole violation hearing to determine whether or not a parolee is guilty of violating parole. Usually held in a county jail.
