1 star because I can't give 0 stars! I've been trying to get my medication approved for 5 weeks and I'm out, but they keep rejecting for the same reason even though we've proven I've already tried what they wanted me to try. Might help if they spoke better English. Also, very minimal options for doctors on marketplace plan.

Hours and months on the phone. Molina admitting the problem is on there side. Bills in collection’s now and nothing I can do about it. Molina knows they aren’t held to any standards or accountability.

They don't know what they are doing. You get something from your Doctor and you think you know better and you don't need it as far as Molina fees and after you have head a test you don't feel like paying the bill . how would you like putting a day's work in and then find out that the insurance fault. Not paying you .? It's not fair .

Ask someone who can help you. Molina needs to be babysat constantly! The car services that do bill Molina are very abusive and I know of people in wheelchairs being left outside waiting for 2 hours.
