I don’t know about anyone else, but for my part I put two coin batteries in my HP business 10 II calculator in 2005, we are in 2022, & it stil going and beyond the rabbit. By the way, the rabbit could not hold his bladder in many of my other products.

Four months ago I put eight new Duracell AA batteries in five different trail cameras I use on my property. Three days after putting them in I went to check them and found one of them had a battery compartment full of acid. Two of the batteries leaked and destroyed the camera. Fortunately I still had the battery pack, receipt, and kept the leaking batteries. I initiated a complaint with Duracell and that’s when I had to start jumping through hoops. They wanted all the info off the batteries, the packaging, the receipt, and pictures of the damaged camera. Luckily I had it all. After providing them with pictures of everything the sent me to step 2 of the process....provide it all again. Guess what step 3 was? They wanted all the evidence mailed to them. I sent them the batteries, paperwork, and the camera. They said it could take 8-12 weeks to investigate all of this. This was after several weeks of filling all of their redundant requests. It’s going on four months now and they no longer respond to any requests for updates or even acknowledge they ever heard from me. Neat little trick, get all the parts and paperwork and then just ignore the buyer and his problem. Today I found my indoor/outdoor thermometer wasn’t working. I put new batteries in it about two weeks ago. Opening it up guess what I found? Yep, leaking Duracell AAA batteries. I’m not going to jump through hoops again with the new problem. I’ll just buy a different brand of battery in the future. So, I guess the moral of the story is that Duracell doesn’t stand behind their products. Ignore the promise on the box, they ignore it.

These batteries ruined my $2,000 night vision goggles. I filed a claim and duracell said the batteries did not malfunction. What a shame your company cannot stand behind their products. Your customer service representative basically told me too bad. Your own technicians, which looked at my googles, said there was evidence of a leak inside my goggles battery compartment. I am beginning to think that your company purposely lied about these batteries leaking. Its obvious your company does not want to pay out for your defective product.

Label Maker in office was ruined by batteries, call customer service (representative was patient and pleasant to speak to) and got the money to replace it. The check came promptly in the mail too.

If a car battery, they are total garbage and they won't bother themselves to give you a cash refund after it dies in 8 months. About 1/4 the life of a GOOD Interstate battery! Or less. I've had small motorcycle batteries last 4 years in a snow state. Their garbage wouldn't even take a jump start or a sizable overnight charge. I won't buy their products again.
