Always best to give them a ring (618)462-9860. Typically, slip fees are for an annual slip. Fees that liveaboards will encounter in the winter include an aerator usage fee, and billing for electric used. Not sure if they have changed anything in the last few years, but it is a great harbor for liveaboards!
Yea I would check but I think there is a summer fee and a winter fee or also called a storage fee
