I believe masks are part of a Madison County Ordinance . If you check , all of the stores in the area have the same requirements . Farm and Home are just trying to be good law abiding citizens - it is all about " law and order " don't you know .

If I remember correctly, they usually come in a week or so before easter, and they have them until close to May. Im pretty sure if you head in closer to the middle of March, they will be in. Hopefully this helps!
