i bought a 21" piece of luggage at JCP in Alton, Illinois on 12/16/15. It has a 3 year warranty. I do not have the receipt from the store yet i do have my JCP credit card receipt.
One of the wheels broke off. Can i return it to the store?

Not for sure, but most likely you'll have to contact the manufacturer. JCP should be able to reprint the receipt since it was on your card.
