I was just wondering, when they bring all the food that you get to eat as much as you want, what determines,what food that is going to be?

It determines on what the kitchen cooks that day u can call ahead of time to find out

Eat till you drop basically, and yes you get to choose what is refilled each time.

They decide the menu, and post it on there web site , they get your drink order and start bringing you food

You actually get some of EVERYTHING on the menu. They post the menu on the wall when you go in and it might be online also not sure. If you go at supper you might have to choose between different meats like Prime Rib or Barbecue Ribs but even so you still get the chicken & country style steak and whatever other meats are on the menu that day. It is really good I highly recommend going if you get the chance. Oh and you can take home what you don't eat.
