The front desk staff was amazing! The lovely lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we were aware of the children's activities locally when we were told the pool was closed. Above and beyond for quality service.

The hotel smelled pretty bad. The toilet seats were badly eroded from harsh cleaning chemicals, the bed felt like it had to dip in it the air conditioner wouldn't cool off until it was later in the evening and the breakfast was almost non-existent. We went to check out and there was nobody to be found.

I've stayed in hotels from California to Georgia and this is by far the worst. I've never taken my family somewhere where they turned around and asked to go elsewhere because they felt uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness of the room as well as people running through the hallways and slamming doors. The grout was disgusting in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling from the wall, and several light fixtures in the room didn't work. When we went out leave the clerk at the front desk seemed disinterested and really didn't seem to want to do her job. We checked out roughly an hour after checking in and the clerk couldn't seem to care less, absolutely no customer service at all.
