Why? The only time I was in Nashville, It was closed and I don't have the chance to revisit the museum. Why is it that the only days I get to visit, the museum is closed?

You really didn't miss much of anything. Hopefully you weren't going on the wine tour. That was such a waste of time and money!!

It's less of a professional museum and more of an old retired guy with some money and a love of trains who built a clubhouse to hang with his friends. Super friendly people.

We planned our trip months before to be sure it would be open. You may want to call the museum and ask why they were closed.

Maybe you should call ahead to verify it's going to be open before you go.
