Used them a year ago and everything was great. Retuned with a 10 year old VW that needed new windshield, told them what I needed and they quoted a price. After installation price was over $100 higher because they put the wrong one. Yes it fit, but I did not need one for rain sensing wipers. Everyone makes mistakes but there was no apology or offer to discount the cost. Giving 3 stars because the installers did a great job.

I was unable to find a corporate phone number or get one from the Auto Glass Now in Nashville as their customer service is non-existent. I put a deposit on a windshield 2 months ago. I was told it would be there in 7-10 business days. I waited just over 2 weeks and called them since no one reached out to me to install. I was told it was delayed and they would call me in a day or 2 when it arrived. 3 days later, still no call. Called them and waited on hold 45 minutes before I hung up and called again and was placed on hold for another 15 minutes only to be told that my windshield wasn't there still (almost 4 weeks later) and that it would be there the next day (a Tuesday I believe) and that I would be put on the schedule for Saturday June 18th at 0800 to install my windshield. I arrived that morning to be informed I was in fact NOT on the schedule and they had called and cancelled everyone because they have no techs to install any windshields that day. I asked when I could actually get this windshield that I had waited a month for and the guy told me he didn't know because they are so far behind. I asked for a refund and he said he would submit a request and call me Monday to let me know he did it. Like usual, ZERO phone call. I patiently waited for a refund check to arrive and it has now been 2 1/2 weeks. I called Auto Glass Now Nashville yet again on 7/5 to make sure this was submitted and was told someone would call me back. Guess what happened! No one called me. So I called them yet again on 7/6, waited on hold, and was told they were grabbing Chris (I believe was his name), put back on hold another 10 minutes before I had to hang up. All of this and I am still out $100 and don't have a windshield. All of this to say: STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
