I originally wrote a positive review for this store as they allowed me to exchange a Whirlpool refrigerator that had gone out after delivery for a nice Kitchenaide refrigerator. I appreciated that, but then when I exchanged and was back home after delivery (for which I had to pay AGAIN), I looked at the receipt, and they had charged me $599 for a 5-year warranty and did not even tell me! I had originally bought the 3 year warranty for $539. Then I go on the Kitchenaide website and the company itself only charges $261.95 for a 5 year! What in the world is that all about?? I won't be shopping here again. Watch out for what they charge you; look at your receipt BEFORE you pay...or just save yourself the trouble, and don't go here!!

This store is scamming people. I bought the refrigerator from them because they told me I was approved for 0% interest rate if I paid within 12 months but after 5 months of paying monthly payment by 2.5% interest rate I almost losing $400.00 just for interest. I came to know they are charging me 2.5%interest rate. This store will not let you know Fortiva is charging you interest rate because you will not going to buy the product from them. So they just go for selling. Just becameful to them and the product is not good. I will never go back again.

In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

Most things at the outlet are considered scratch and dent in transit. If you have a good eye and are watchful, bargains can be yours. As is condition means just that. No recourse.
Fridge with ice makers go as low as 479 up too 2000..u just gotta look for a good price..and there is a promotion if u donate 10 bucks to the make a wish foundation u get 10% off ur purchase
Can't pay a utility bill or the like, but you can PURCHASE furniture and appliances there. We recently purchased a fridge from the "scratch 'n' dent".

Go to your store and order the item.
Forget aoout it. It's not going to happen. You will have to drive to the location and WAIT some more to talk to a salesperson. When you walk in, you will notice one behind the counter who just stares at you while they ALSO wait for somebody ELSE to come from the back or side of the store to help you. It's like watching the Muppets Show when the muppets are just propped up. When you call and IF somebody answers, don't let them put you on hold. If it's that muppet/stare-down person answering the phone, they may never get back to you.
We bought a convection microwave there. It has been great!

Yes they have washers, dryers, refrigerators, all types of appliances.
