Why is Sears Outlet rebranding to American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress?

The OutLets are not part of Sears Holding Co. the branch out from Sears Holding back in 2012 and Sears Outlet became a Company in its self in order to maintain as a Company in its self then Sears Outlet had to be sold complete away from Sears Holding. Sears Outlet was bought by Liberty Tax which owns American Frieght now Sears Outlet becomes American Frieght as a new Company

No clue, I am shocked if they are joining American Freight I have seen. We have purchased everything we could 40 yrs? Excellent

I believe looking at the market Sears filled bankruptcy.
