Only if there is availability or you have a tent site reserved. The best way to get a trnt site is to arrive early in the morning at wait outside the ranger office to see if there are any sites available from cancellations.
All sites are non-electrical. You can try getting a site as described below but the best way to secure a site is to use recreation.gov.
