Spot 66 was big and beautiful views. Cold at night perfect during the day. Restrooms were clean. Beautiful hike to Lunkens Lake.

Opening depends on the amount of snow they received during the winter. The Park service determines the opening date and posts it on the Yosemite website
Yes, but make sure you have some gear to leave at camp so no jerks can easily poach your fcfs spot. I've seen it before at other high demand fcfs camps
I was there mid July and it wasn't that smokey and the air was still clean and you could see stars at night.
FCFS. Get a empty campsite, notedown the numner, fill the pay sheet and drop it at the entrance of the campground.
Reservations are not possible at white wolf.
