Kids and I come here quite often. It is just right behind Marina. You can hike around the park actually! The beach area is nice. The picnic and barbecue area is comfortable. There are restrooms right next to the center. A good place for walk or just spend time with your family.

Special place for me, I have many memories of me hanging out here as a kid, but also had a lot of good times here as an adult. Great views of the surrounding bay, SF and Berkeley and a good place to go fly a kite or take a walk. Its a good spot to catch a sunset, but the sunrises there are even more amazing imho.

This is good for windsurfing. The view of the Bay I a nice, you can see San Francisco from the edge. Be there early for fireworks. It is very nice for picnics, and has an amazing playground. I only wish I had seen the interpretive station indoors - it was closed.
