Met with the owner today! Very CLEAN park. Yards are kept trash and debri free. Trees were trimmed. Roadway well maintained. Lot size was typical ans efficient. Home was maintained very well. Appliances clean and fitting.

No pets allowed here in the 2 and 3 bedroom rental units, however, pets are allowed in the rv spaces. We currently have no vacancies.

How much is lot rent for an RV? What utilities are included? Can you rent long term? Is a 40 ft. RV too large?

$450 + elecricity/month. I've driven in with my 26'motorhome first week of Nov 2020 and there was only 1 lot vacant. Unsure if a 40' would fit. Very small concrete pad.

450 / month + electricity for rv trailers. Not sure hpw much for the full sized trailer house.

Do you rent rv lots and if so how much a month and can you hook up to a sewer and electricity? Can you stay there long term and do you allow pets?
