First off was not notified that construction would be going on during our stay. Starts about 830am. Construction is parking on our grass without a notice. We have decided to leave due to this and being 8n the direct Texas Sun. I asked to move to shade "no we are full". I called to see about refund for the 3 days we prepaid. I am here for my moms passing and I'm not sleeping at night but as soon I start getting good sleep here comes construction next to my lot pounding, drilling, playing music. NO sleep for me day 3. Was told no refunds because they are full of nonsense with that statement. So if your full your making a killing at $245 for 4 night stay. Receipt don't state "No Refunds". Nor did the office mention construction right near our sight. For this price we should have stayed at Yogi Bear park with awesome Amenities just across the street. O well leasson learned . No pool or picnic areas. This is for full timers.

Mockingbird Hill We needed an overnight pull through space and they were helpful and friendly. Despite the hot evening I took a walk and the longer term residents were also out and very welcoming. Lots of trees and for being right off of I-35W, we had no road noise that kept us awake, it was quiet and easy in and out. Good water pressure and fairly even pad.

Good and bad. Great location but super over priced for what u get access to a laundry room from 9 to 9 that's about it a canopy over your trailer that supposed to help with the electric but then went up on that price X3 grounds keeper is lazy as well never weedeats and when he does he cuts your sewer hose so just put that in your expenses

It's nice and peaceful. Great spaces. Doesn't feel crowded. Office is pleasant and helpful.

I have my own mobile home. I rent my lot for $300 A month. The water and sewage is added on along with rent. There's new owners now so I'm not sure about rentals anymore. They rent by the month if you have your own rv or mobile home. The managers name is Bonnie and asst manager is Kim.
I recieved your questions on gmail, i know nothing about mocking bird rentals, this is my personal phone , not business phone.
$700 monthly
A couple of days ago, they had no monthly spots available. But I would call and ask.
It would either be zoned for Norwood or STEAM (Stribling). Not sure which, but I'd guess Norwood
Each site has sewer connection, but no dump site
I can't say yes for sure but I would think they would have a place
475.00 plus 100.00 down for electric I and after that's used up it's .09 cents a kilowatt after that ...park is very quiet and nice just so you know
I believe they have a few cabins that they ran out, but no R v's,, Jelly Stone Park does the same
Your better off calling them. I dont think they do we moved from there 2 months ago and they have been removing mobile homes and the old rvs they had. They said they werent doing new rentals on most the homes because they want to go straight rv park. If they do though great neighborhood very quite and managed well love the ladies running it.
It has to be 10 years or less and yes pets are allowed. They usually have something available but the spots do go fast because it's a nice park.
Yes they do monthly rates. When i stayed it was 625 around that monthly.
ATT is the provider for the park. The WiFi is is ok but not fast
I believe they do. I rented for a special weekly rate. There appears to be several there renting long term. I would contact them directly, or check their website for more information.
Call the office they vary quite often
No
They should. It would be best to call.
I stayed there in June in a long paved pull thru for less than 40. Full hook up.
Yes you can and I believe they take a deposit for the electric and then give you back whatever you don't use. And I think it's about $35 a night.
Contact the front office. The management team is awesome!
