I have my own mobile home. I rent my lot for $300 A month. The water and sewage is added on along with rent. There's new owners now so I'm not sure about rentals anymore. They rent by the month if you have your own rv or mobile home. The managers name is Bonnie and asst manager is Kim.
I believe the policy has changed and they are no longer letting Trailor move in only RVs
Do they offer trailor rental ?
