Great experience processing my steer. The last place we used we didn’t get our expected weight back and I can tell you I got all 550lbs of my steer from Rendon Meats. The service was great and they do a really nice job vacuum sealing the meat for a little more money. Well aged and I actually got my meat back vs other folks beef. Have a date to process my other steer in September 2023. Looking forward to more excellent service. Staff is friendly too!

Buyer beware a friend of mine brought a 11 month old Angus steer the around December. We split it in half most horrible steaks I have ever eaten. Grisly non edible bought a whole Angus steer this time same age way better. The hamburger meat was also horrible. Again Buyer beware of this place.

Yes they only take certain animals on certain days. You would need to call them to find out when they process pork.
