That's a problem for us all. I have used that same office throughout the many changes. Since this company took over there has been nothing but problems. The phones being the worse of all. They always say that they are working on it. But it has only gone down hill every month it seems worse and worse. They just don't care about the patients at all. The Dr.s and staff are great. The company sucks. Unfortunately up here there are not many choices so you are stuck with what you get.
Sadly, there is nowayto make an online appointment(I wish!). You could always use the walk-in clinic downstairs. Depending on the day you could be in and out in under an hour. You could also drop by upstairs and make an appointment in person(for some people, like, myself, this really isn't an option unless I'm already in town.). And, lastly, there is Adventist Health Oakhurst East. A few of the providers moved over there. I've always been able to get an actual person on the phone with little to no wait time. I know Cyndi and Michael Coggins work there. I'm unsure of the name of the other person who takes patients there. But, if you want to see Dr. Schaffner you'll either have to keep trying(you'll get through eventually) or pop in upstairs and make an appointment in person.
Victoria lane is the walk in clinic. You may want to try the other number for 426 office.
