How do we call your office if you are on hold for over 20 minutes, with the system telling you "there are zero calls ahead of you", then 10 min more on hold until it finally transfers me to the answering service, of which is unable to take messages.

I don't go here anymore for that reason and because it takes weeks to get a referral. I've been going downstairs to the Urgent Care.

I live here in Oakhurst. I don't bother calling. I just drive over. Much faster. Less anxiety.

File a complaint with blue cross or who ever you carrier is about them. I did. I had same thing happen , not answering phone calls, even had blue cross cost service person try, he asked if I'd like to file a complaint, which I had him do.

I'm in the office now. I walked in with my phone call connected 17 mins on hold and their phone not even ringing. This needs to be fixed! Ridiculous i have to drive all of the way there for a simple question.
