I don't go here anymore for that reason and because it takes weeks to get a referral. I've been going downstairs to the Urgent Care.
I live here in Oakhurst. I don't bother calling. I just drive over. Much faster. Less anxiety.
File a complaint with blue cross or who ever you carrier is about them. I did. I had same thing happen , not answering phone calls, even had blue cross cost service person try, he asked if I'd like to file a complaint, which I had him do.
I'm in the office now. I walked in with my phone call connected 17 mins on hold and their phone not even ringing. This needs to be fixed! Ridiculous i have to drive all of the way there for a simple question.
Thats happened to me as well,i finally just give up and go talk to them in person.
