LAZY LAZY LAZY. I have a perfectly paved driveway, but when I order packages they keep it and mark that my mailbox was full. That’s not the case they just don’t want to deliver my packages so then I have to take time out of my day to drive over there and pick it up from them personally. This service is terrible!

Awful service. Too lazy to deliver to the end of my driveway so they returned my package, that ive waited weeks for, to the sender. Ill make sure to never us usps again

Usually the employees here are a tad impatient, probably because they are so busy. However I spoke to a Brian today and he was extremely nice and had great customer experience skills. I watched him talk to everyone ahead of me (including myself) and he asked them how their day was and made nice small talk which was a shock because most employees I speak to here are rushed and don’t take the time to interact personally with customers, which makes them come across as rude to most people…So I thought Brian’s kindness was worth a review!
