Great staff! Our family loves Dr. Barker. She has been a great resource. I like that you don't feel rushed when you are being seen by caregivers. Caregivers take their time to provide care and service. So far so good on billing and if you are in need of prayer, someone there is happy to pray with you.

Today I just wanna give a HUGE shout out to the gals at adventist...I have never had such a pleasure going to the Dr's in my life actually😆 but they shocked me with all the love, smiles, joking and the receptionist was amazingly sweet the nurse that took my son's vitals was phenomenal she made every second just a pleasure and Dr. Barker is my absolute hero the best pediatrician I feel like I've ever met! She was so apologetic over the wait which really wasn't a big deal since everyone in there made every second positive and enjoyable, but she was soo thorough and caring! I'm so happy with this experience and wanted to say thank you gals for making mine and my boys day 100 times better 😀 you guys rock!!!

How do we call your office if you are on hold for over 20 minutes, with the system telling you "there are zero calls ahead of you", then 10 min more on hold until it finally transfers me to the answering service, of which is unable to take messages.

I don't go here anymore for that reason and because it takes weeks to get a referral. I've been going downstairs to the Urgent Care.

Can someone make an appointment online? I have been calling everyday this week and no one answers then when I get to I'm the next caller it dis-connects me. Is there an online way to make and appt? If not there should be.

That's a problem for us all. I have used that same office throughout the many changes. Since this company took over there has been nothing but problems. The phones being the worse of all. They always say that they are working on it. But it has only gone down hill every month it seems worse and worse. They just don't care about the patients at all. The Dr.s and staff are great. The company sucks. Unfortunately up here there are not many choices so you are stuck with what you get.
