They remove canine anal glands in event of anal sac adenocarcinoma (cancer). My service dog had this surgery there and remained fecal continent. However, if you're wanting this as an elective surgery, I would hope that's not an option. It's a very serious surgery with very real risks, not to be undertaken when not necessary due to disease.

Probably if it's a possible surgery, then they most likely do it. Call them.
