Do you need an appointment or do they take walk ins?

They have an emergency department that takes walk-ins.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency, no appointment is necessary. If you're looking to see a veterinary specialist or our Community Practice, you are encouraged to call ahead for an appointment at (614) 292-3551. If your pet has been seen by another veterinarian, a referral is encouraged.
