My 5 lb chihuahua mix had xray today pelvic night be nroke they couldn't tell..hes 11yrs old. Hes a rescue and I dont have a lot.of money but want the least evasive provedure.if broken how can I get him fixed and better? I been quoted 2,000 dollars..
