Every other place told us that our dog needed immediate care, but that they could only get us in in a couple weeks. This place was busy, but because of how serious the issue with our dog was, squeezed us in for the next day! Their service was amazing and everyone there was very nice.

Franklin county animal shelter
Their site states they treat dogs and cats, so I do not think they treat reptiles. You can always call to double check.
Not to sure you can call them and ask how much they will charge.
the cost depends on whether the dog is male or female and how much it weighs. We need to do a complete physical exam on your dog and make sure vaccinations are up to date to make sure your dog is healthy enough for surgery.
