Drove 2 hours to this hole in the wall and put down a $75 deposit. Only to find out after they did a mandatory blood clot test that they wouldn’t crop the ears. Blood clot test isn’t a real blood test they do some generic test. Went to a different vet and they did it there with no problems at all. Said everything was normal. This place is a joke I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I am a new pet owner and I am glad I choose E. Columbus Vet for my new pup! Dr. Washington took the time to explain the things I needed to know to properly take care of her. What's more, a few hours after Jelly got her vaccination her face started to swell and she developed hives. It was after 8pm and we called the emergency place and started to take her there...But on a hunch I called Dr. Washington's office and without hesitation the office staff told us to get right over...said they would wait for us even though it was after hours... Well Jelly got taken care of and we were just tickled to death that E. Columbus Vet took care of us!

Customer service is horrible. Had an appointment at 10am for my dogs ears to get cropped. Dropped her off, called to check up and they said they'll call at the latest 7pm!!! You can definitely tell all they care about is $$$$ Had me waiting outside for hours and wouldn't let me in to get my baby!! Said she was too "busy" to let us in. Lady upfront was rude and argued with me said there's others infront of me but we have been there for 8 hours already! WORST VET CLINIC IN THE TRISTATE. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I just wanted to take my puppy and RUN!

I've found E. COLS VET to be very affordable and convenient as they have late hours of operation. I've recently had my new puppy shots and evaluation, and it was under $80.00.
