get there when they open and you walk right in wait till late I don't know
Depends on the crowd of people there. But the parking is $5 cash. At the first light when the park is full theres an extension parking lot on the left of the traffic light, and if you taking the right theres a small road the first right turn that leads directly to the park when it's not that crowded.
They tell you where to park.
