I spoke with one recruiter from Robert Half about a month ago, telling him I was looking for opportunities in Software Development, being currently in the industry and looking to move to a new growth opportunity in the field. Since then I've had two recruiters contact me with job listings for customer service call centers as well as a massive pay cut in the listing. I've replied to both requesting to be taken out of their system if their recruiters can't even be bothered to listen to the talent they recruit. Go with any other company.

I have dealt with two separate recruiters, one whom emailed asking for a resume when I applied to a job through Indeed and then never responded, even after I emailed him to check in. The other seemed nice, asked for a virtual interview which went well, and then asked for an updated resume be sent to her, assuring me I would know one way or another about the status of the position. I sent my updated resume within the hour and waited. For nine days. Then, I called her and left a voicemail requesting the status of the position and if there were any similar positions available. She never responded. I understand these recruiters likely stay busy, but if I'm putting in the work, sending documents, openly communiIcating and showing up EARLY for interviews, I would at least appreciate the courtesy of a call back. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

I worked with office team Baton Rouge and After a month finally placed me. A couple months go by and I find out that they are lying to the people I work for about how much they are paying me. I’m making two dollars less Than what office team is telling the company I was placed at. They pocketed the money for their commission and left me hanging to dry. The company and I came to an agreement as they would no longer work with Robert half and terminate their contract with them. I now work for the company and getting paid what I should have been paid all along.

Robert Half recruited me from Indeed. They told me that I had a great resume and that there were many opportunities in my field. I was presented with only ONE interview within the first two months. After that, I was told about a few jobs that may be coming up but received no further information. Nothing since then. I have been in contract with Robert Half for about 5 months...ONE OPPORTUNITY!! Throughout this entire process, I have continued applying for jobs through Indeed. I have been on THREE job interviews, turned down two and have accepted the most recent position. I have also been able to witness Robert Half from an employers perspective. While working with my husband's family business, I have seen several under qualified temporary hires come and go. With how expensive their services are for employers, they should have better screening processes and more qualified and dedicated recruiters.
