Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option. Giving raises to higher up employees while the people are breaking under the high electric prices is despicable.

This location does not handle any billing. It is a different branch of the company. I would suggest calling 1-800-ENTERGY and asking a representative there.

How can you be charge for a bad meter as a renter and all suddenly they say you own 1400 ???

Go to the Entergy building on Loyola and poydras make your claim there they will send some one out most likely and they should take off the high amount.
