These people are extremely rude. I’ve been calling all today. Once I finally got someone on the phone I explained the situation and then was automatically clicked over to a automated system without being told to hold on or anything. None of my questions were answered either!!

Horrible, nobody NEVER answer the phone! The voice mail is always full so you can never leave a voicemail!

I've lost all forms of ID... SS card, birth certificate, and the only picture id which was expired. What do I need to do in order to get those replaced without having identification?

Go to your local Dept of Motor vehicle get your driver's license then go to your vital records or contact vital records where you were born get forms find out cost to get your new birth certificate go to social security office with your D/L ( no not Down Low) driver's license request a new social security card. Key is getting a picture id first. To get other docunment cause they require a picture id. Probably easiest to get a duplicate driver's license bring a copy of you light bill etc at your address listed on your driver's license. And always keep copies of your important forms and documents and keep originals locked up in a safe or stored somewhere so if you needed them quickly you can grab and go! Hope this helps let me know!

If you have made parole in October why would you have not been released and it's January

Cody Hebert | Oct 9, 2018
Hunter Rizzle | Oct 9, 2019

There's a few reasons. The main one is usually because the parole board hasn't approved your address where the inmate will be housed after their release. This happens a lot.

What agency is reponsible for expungement records in Louisiana?

That is something that is handled by the court system. You may want to start with the courthouse where the matter was prosecuted.
