No, i wouldn't take the chance.
They say it is, but I wouldn't. As the other person said, bacteria issues have been an issue for decades. They have technically reopened it to swimming after testing the water, but do not advise it for 2-3 days dry raining. In other words, it'll never be safe during the seasons you'd want to swim bc it's rains ALL THE TIME!
