Mile and a half from Bourbon St. Easy walk during the day but don’t walk it after dark. Cab stands are on the west end of the smoothie king center when facing toward the quarter and cabs are regularly available.

Park on canal and walk. It's a walking around town! Cabs are cheap.

That is not entirely true. My wife once brought an oversized purse that they wouldn't let her bring in. In fairness, it was a very large purse. But average-sized purses would likely be fine. Just be sure to not stuff it with water and snacks. They want you to buy their overpriced food and drinks.

It's for sanitary/legal reasons.

It may take a couple of hours or up to 24 hours to receive your tickets to download. I ordered thru Vivid Seats (or SeatGeek). They were not an immediate download. Sometimes there are resellers of tickets and it may take a little time for payment verification thru your bank. But you should definitely get them before the concert. Check your email or the app often. They should be legit. Mine were. and the tickets or the scan code was easily scanned via my phone when we got to the NBA game. I printed them as well, just in case a problem arose with my phone. If you just bought tickets and the concert is tomorrow, then I'm not sure. I would contact them to let them know you just purchased your tickets and thought they'd be available for immediate download... plus I'm not familiar with viagogo
