For the "Alabama" venue, Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, why are there 12 seats showing in section 109 but they are not listed as "available" and why are they only $ 32.00?? Is there a viewing obstruction with these seats -- or are they being saved?

Yes they might be off to the side or behind the stage. You need to see arena seating chart for a concert.
