Couchon is pretty good good selection of cajun food
Have to wear a mask if not seated at your table. All staff wears masks. Tables are socially distanced. Had no concerns. Highly recommend! Superb service and food!!
Their website says "casual" but no tank tops for men. I wore jeans and saw people in football jerseys. You're good!

When I was there on a Saturday night, it was very loud and celebrative. I don't think kids would be frowned upon, but there will likely be large groups drinking that might or might not be an issue for you.

Street parking. You can walk there easily if you are in the warehouse district though
