We were at the Fried Chicken Festival and there was a while lots of people going there. Music was ok but not very special to my taste and very loud. The fried chicken was quite good although you had to stay in line like 30 min at least. The atmosphere was good

The arena itself was nice. The parking could have been better, as it was a gravel lot with a lot of holes and standing water. Not a big deal but with me having a low car it was a little difficult. Besides that I had only one other issue with the arena. I had purchased a floor ticket to see $uicideboy$ on Saturday September 3rd from StubHub. This was a MOBILE TICKET. I arrived at 2PM this day to sit outside to be able to make it to the front of the floor when the doors opened. Doors were set to open at 6PM…exactly 4 hours later. After standing out in the rain the security and workers started checking tickets at 5:30PM…as I made my way to the worker to check my MOBILE TICKET. When I get to the worker they proceed to tell us all that if we have floor seats we have to go to the ticket box to get a print out of our ticket. Okay no big deal, would have been nice to know 3.5 hours ago. So a lot of us make our way running to the ticket box. We get there and are told that if we did not buy our tickets through Ticketmaster that they could not print them and that we had to buy new tickets from the ticket box. This was a major inconvenience and cost everyone more money since we had already spent money on tickets and spent more than what tickets were there. I spent $200 on my 1 floor seat because I thought it would sell out and I wouldn’t get one. So I had to spend an additional $75 on 1 ticket because the arena would not accommodate its customers and be set up fo accept all ticket source types. A lot of people were upset at this, even some threatened riot which I thought totally unnecessary. After standing in line for almost 4 hours I had to get out of line to deal with this causing me to lose my spot and not get let in as soon as the doors opened. Also lost money to buying another ticket. I would go back to the arena for more shows but I will always make sure I have a printed ticket and really suggest that the start using other ticketing services to refrain from inconveniencing future customers.
