Oh Buddha... Trying to get through on the phone to ANY Community Care center is an exercise in futility. You're better off training carrier pigeons, mate, it's easier to go and set up an appointment in person... And request a print out as documentation, so they can't jerk you around.

They never actually answered the phone and i see a live person on the desk always has been a problem they will never actually fix i already told them of this issue like 5 years ago never even attempted to fix just kept it the same way

Happens to me often. There is NEVER a live person who answers. It's ALWAYS an automated answer service that puts me on hold all the time. But it gives an option to avoid being on hold & leave a contact number so they return your call.
