No Beverly, it is not a Caribbean restaurant. It's choice of beef, chicken, seafood and veggies where you cook in hot flavored oils or spiced broths and dipped in sauces. Dessert is fondue style as well with fruit and cakes dipped in chocolate.
And very expensive one, different and cool experience but don't go if you are too hungry food takes time to cook and portions are small plus very expensive
