I recently had new tires placed on my front tires because they were balding. Unfortunately my sunglasses were stolen while my car was being serviced. I told them about it. Not sure if anyone was spoken to about the theft. I received no feedback about the issue or apology. Whatever. The next day, both of my rear rears were punctured with something, causing my tires to lose air and the low tire feature to turn on resulting in needing one new tire and one repair. Coincedence? Not sure. But I will never give them my business.

Maurice was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Not only did he assist me with the nail in my tire, he checked the air pressure for all four tires. Fast and efficient. I was in and out of the shop quickly. Would highly recommend. Great experience at Tires Plus (630 Riverside Drive,, Coral Springs).

I was there after a recommendation from a friend. The service was great, Rafael, the new manager did a great job: He started with a general inspection and gave me a list of everything that was needed. He helped me prioritize the items that were urgent (safety issues) and the items that could wait longer, due to my budget. He also offered me some discounts and promotions that were available. I was really impressed with his professionalism since I have had my share of crooked mechanics. The rest of the mechanics in the shop were also professional and friendly. When I went back to pick up my vehicle, I could sense the smooth driving (I replaced the tie rods and got an alignment, among other things)! It's nice to have a mechanic shop you can trust!

I will never take my car here ever again! They said I had 2k worth of stuff wrong with my car and that they couldn’t do an alignment because I needed a lower control arm asap.I took it somewhere else and they did the alignment and looked at what was “ supposedly” broken only thing that I need but not right now really is struts on the passenger side. If I can give this place 0 stars I would I had 7 cars in the past 15 years and I brought em all to tires plus here when it was ran right now it’s a bunch of scam artist trying to say stuff is broken when it’s not they really need new managers it’s gone down hill badly
